A favorite of many, going back to the very first days of fansubbing, is Kimagure Orange Road. Tofusensei at Live-evil is currently putting together a beautiful fansub of KOR using the restored R2 masters, very much like what FoT is doing with Stars!

It's beautiful. If you're a fan of Rumi, you'll be very pleased with it. At the same time, since AnimeEigo's license of KOR has expired, there are HK boots of the AnimeEigo KOR release for $35 or so on EBay. But the video quality of the L-E release is as good as the FoT stars, and the boot/AnimeEigo video quality is at laserdisc level... So the L-E's are worth the wait.

The first episode contains a teaser consisting of a sample of the very first fansub release of KOR. The teaser itself is worth the download.
